Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original KINTO packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
